Meet James

Paddock Fitness was built from a belief that fitness is about more than just exercise.

After serving in the Australian Army and spending years as a Police Officer, I saw firsthand the value of discipline, resilience, accountability and community. The people who performed best under pressure weren’t always the strongest or fastest—they were the ones who consistently showed up, did the work and supported those around them.

Fitness became one of the tools that helped build those qualities.

Paddock Fitness was created to bring that same approach to the Brookfield community. A place where people can train with purpose, build strength and improve their health in an environment that values hard work, accountability and genuine connection.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger, improve performance or simply feel better in everyday life, the focus remains the same: consistent effort over time.

This isn’t about quick fixes or fitness fads.

It’s about building habits, confidence and resilience that carry over into your family, work and everyday life.

Built on Service. Driven by Performance.

Our Story

Paddock Fitness was built on a simple belief.

Fitness is about far more than exercise.

The lessons learned through training—discipline, consistency, resilience, accountability and hard work—become the building blocks for success in every part of life.

Whether it’s raising a family, building a business, serving your community or simply becoming a healthier version of yourself, the habits developed through training carry far beyond the gym floor.

Founded by a former Army member and Police Officer, Paddock Fitness combines real-world experience with practical coaching in a unique rural training environment in Brookfield.

There are no shortcuts here.

Just good people, hard work, accountability and a commitment to getting better every day.
