Privacy notice
This notice explains how Paddock Fitness handles information collected through our website and Paddock Performance.
Information collected and used
Information can include email and account details; assessment information about health, injuries, goals, schedule and equipment; and workouts, session logs, history and daily check-ins. This information supports programme preparation, training safety, training assistance, support and account administration. Information supplied in enquiries or waitlist forms (such as name, email, optional phone number, coaching interest and notes for the Brookfield gym waitlist) is used to handle those enquiries or subscriptions and to send updates you have agreed to receive. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Website measurement
The public website records first-party visits and clicks using browser-generated visitor and session identifiers, page and button placement, device/browser categories, referring website and campaign tags. These measurements help understand the acquisition journey and are distinct from account signup or payment records.
Service providers and AI assistance
We use Jotform for assessments, Supabase for platform accounts and database services, Stripe for payment processing when you choose to check out, and infrastructure providers to operate our services. Relevant training and health or injury information you provide may be processed by AI services to personalise training assistance.
You can email us to ask about our current service providers, their privacy arrangements and how and where your information is stored.
Retention and requests
Information is retained as needed for operating the services and applicable required records. Access, correction and deletion requests are reviewed in their context, including information held by service providers. Applicable required records may need to be retained. A request does not guarantee immediate, complete erasure of every copy or record.

For access, correction, deletion, questions about current processing arrangements or a privacy complaint, email paddockfitness@gmail.com. Describe your request and the account or service it concerns; identity verification may be needed before account information can be released or changed.
Separate services
The Brookfield gym and apparel shopping are separate from the online training subscription. Apparel purchases take place through the linked Shopify store; review the notices and purchase terms shown there.
