Online training product

Paddock Performance is a self-directed online, coach-designed programming system with daily check-ins, session logging and history, and AI training assistance. It is separate from in-person personal training. AI assistance is not medical advice and its responses can be mistaken.

Trial and activation

7 days free. No card required. Continue for A$39/month if you choose.

For eligible new accounts, your seven-day trial starts when you activate your trial. Verify your email and complete the assessment, which currently takes 15–20 minutes, before your programme is prepared. Complete the assessment and any required clearance before training. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Optional subscription and cancellation

A$39/month applies only when you explicitly complete paid checkout. After paid signup, the subscription renews monthly. Cancel through billing controls where supported, or contact support at the email below for help. Payment and renewal details are presented at checkout. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

Training safety

Training guidance is not a diagnosis, medical care or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Provide accurate assessment and check-in information, including relevant health conditions or injuries. Seek appropriate medical advice or clearance before training where needed, and stop training if it causes concerning symptoms.

Access and human questions

The product runs in a browser on a phone or computer, with an optional home-screen shortcut. AI training assistance is automated. For questions that need a human response, contact paddockfitness@gmail.com.

Gym and apparel

Brookfield personal training and small-group coaching, with the gym opening early 2027, are separate from this online subscription. Apparel purchases are handled through the linked Shopify store and the purchase terms displayed there.
